In making a Repayment Plan, Citizens Telephone will consider the following: Payment history
Amount of overdue and current bill
Length of time overdue
Reason for outstanding bill
VARIOUS Payment Plans are available.

**FAILURE TO ABIDE BY YOUR REPAYMENT PLAN MAY RESULT IN DISCONNECTION OF YOUR SERVICES**
RESTORATION OF SERVICES IS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PAYMENT RECEIVED
RE-CONNECTION WILL TAKE PLACE DURING REGULAR WORKING HOURS

Disconnections
Citizens Telephone has the right to deliberately interrupt, limit or disconnect your telephone or internet services for your delinquency in paying a valid bill.
DELINQUENCY constitutes the failure to pay 1/2 of a valid bill within 2 billing cycles
LATE PAYMENT CHARGES of 1.5 percent apply to accounts with an overdue balance
DISCONNECT NOTICES with the date of disconnection are sent by mail prior to disconnection
We also give NOTICE by telephone prior to the disconnect date as required by the Public Service Commission.
